Declaration of Impartiality

The employees of Organic T&C., LLC. engaged in certification activities fully recognize the importance of impartiality in accordance with the designation requirements under [Appendix 9] of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on the Promotion of Environment-Friendly Agriculture and the Requirements of KS Q ISO/IEC 17065.

We are committed to managing conflicts of interest, ensuring objectivity and independence of our operations, and enhancing trust. Accordingly, we hereby declare as follows:

1. All personnel involved in certification activities shall perform their duties fairly.

2. We continuously identify internal and external risks to impartiality, and take measures to eliminate or minimize them.

3. The department performing certification, related departments, and internal or external bodies entrusted with certification services shall not engage in the following activities:

   • Design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, or distribution of certified products

   • Design, implementation, operation, or maintenance of certification processes

   • Design, implementation, provision, or maintenance of certification services

   • Provision of consultancy to clients

   • Provision of management system consultancy or internal audit services to clients

4. We ensure that external bodies entrusted with certification services do not compromise impartiality.

   • If such an external body provides or produces certified (or to-be-certified) products, or offers consultancy to clients, its personnel shall not participate in certification activities.

   • Likewise, personnel of such external bodies shall not be engaged in certification tasks.

5. We shall not engage in marketing or proposals to clients in connection with organizations providing consultancy.

6. We are committed to safeguarding impartiality in all certification activities and excluding any commercial, financial, or other pressures that may jeopardize impartiality.
