Designation as Certification Body No. 104 for Organic Food and Antibiotic-Free Aquatic Products.

On May 23, 2023, Organic T&C LLC was officially designated as Certification Body No. 104 for organic food and antibiotic-free aquatic products.

To become a certification body, an organization must obtain international accreditation under ISO/IEC 17065 (Conformity Assessment – Requirements for Bodies Certifying Products, Processes and Services), secure qualified certification auditors, and successfully pass the rigorous designation review by the National Fishery Products Quality Management Service (NFQS).

Organic T&C LLC has successfully completed all these requirements and is now a nationally accredited certification body for eco-friendly organic aquaculture products.

Scope of Certification Services

1. Organic Aquaculture Products: Edible aquaculture products produced in compliance with organic standards
   (Types: Laver, Oyster, Mussel, Seaweed, Kelp)

2. Organic Processed Foods: Foods manufactured, processed, or distributed using organic aquatic raw materials

3. Antibiotic-Free Aquaculture Products: Aquatic products produced through land-based aquaculture without the use of antibiotics, growth promoters, or related substances

4. Aquaculture Products Produced Without Chemical Treatments: Aquatic products cultivated without chemical agents
   (Types: Laver, Seaweed, Hijiki, Kelp, Dried Laver, Dried Seaweed, Semi-dried Seaweed)

5. Handler Certification: Certification for entities that purchase certified products listed in items 1–4, repackage them into new packaging units, and distribute them
   (Excludes products sold without packaging and those sold in unpackaged form at retail where consumers select their desired quantity)
